Address Change

We cannot change any addresses or lengths once your order has been placed. Please change your address on PayPal prior to purchase to avoid cancellation. We will only ship to the address on file with PayPal-no exceptions.

Return/Exchange Policy

Exchange only - no refunds will be given. Once order is received you will have 3 days to inspect bundles. If you are not satisfied with purchase please contact us via email at [email protected]. We will not exchange any bundles that have been installed or taken out of original wrapping. We encourage you to thoroughly check your hair before installing. Absolutely no exceptions!!

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) if any shipping errors occur.
